Lessor is an equal housing opportunity provider. Lessor does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, disability, or familial status (having children under 18). Lessee is the owner of a mobile or manufactured home (the “Unit”), who wishes to lease a lot at the Park. Lessor is willing to do so only upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease Agreement.
