Reservation Policy

Campsite Reservations

Campsite reservations require a 7 night minimum from June 6 through August 15. At other times the minimum is for 3 nights. There is a $100 deposit for a campsite reservation.
Campsite reservation requests made less than 14 days in advance can be made for less than the minimum requirements (subject to availability).
Reservations for a specific site or rental number can be made for a non-refundable $40 fee. If site is not locked, you are guaranteed a site in the category in which you booked, not a specific site. (Ex: oceanfront, lakefront, etc.) All reservations are based on availability.
Lock fees are only available when minimum reservation requirements are met. From June 6-August 15, there is a 7 night minimum on campsites. All other times there is a 3 night minimum. Rentals are reserved Saturday to Saturday.
While you can select your site and lock it in, emergencies do happen. If necessary and no other option is available, your locked site may be changed. We will do our best to avoid this, but if we do change your site, the lock fee will be refunded.

Villa, Cottage, and Travel Trailer Reservations

Villa and Travel Trailer Rental reservations are made weekly from Saturday to Saturday. A 3 night minimum on rentals will be considered if calling less than 1 week in advance. There is a $200 deposit for a vacation rental reservation. Effective 1/1/25 all Rental unit reservations require an additional $200 security deposit to be paid when the final balance payment is made. The Security Deposit is refunded after check out, as long as the unit is left in good condition and no items are missing.
NO PETS / NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN OCEAN VILLA, TRAVEL TRAILER, COTTAGE RENTAL, OR LAKE VIEW CABIN RENTALS. Service animals must be registered with the office prior to arrival.
Reservations for a specific unit number can be made for a non-refundable $40 fee. Lock fees are only available when minimum reservation requirements are met. Stays for less than 7 nights are not available to be locked.

Campsite Reservations
BALANCE IS DUE 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Rates are based on a family of four with one vehicle & one piece of camping equipment. Maximum of 2 vehicles and 8 guests are allowed on a campsite at any time. Charges may apply for second vehicle and any guests more than four. If your details change at check in, charges may apply. and balance due may differ at check-in if your details change.
DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive refund (less cancellation fee & Lock Fee) or credit. Any changes made after that deadline are subject to forfeit the initial deposit and lock fee.
NO REFUND/CREDIT GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

Ocean Villa, Travel Trailer & Cottage Reservations

BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR ALL RENTAL UNITS

Date changes and cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a refund or credit. In such instances, we will refund the deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. Any changes made after that deadline are subject to forfeit the initial deposit and lock fee.
NO REFUND/CREDIT GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURE
