Info You Need To Know:

  • Total must be paid, in full, prior to the beginning of your stay to get the monthly or six month rate.
  • Oceanfront and Lakefront sites are not available if you’re occupying a site at the discounted rate for 90 days or more.
  • You may request an Oceanfront or Lakefront site if you are staying less than 90 days and paying a traditional monthly rate.
  • You will pay less if you use cash or a check. Credit card users will pay more, because of a transaction processing fee.
  • The 90, 120, 150, and 180 day rates do not apply to Ocean Front or Lakefront sites.
  • Electricity usage will be billed at $0.12 per kilowatt-hour. If, for any reason, a meter is not installed at the site, a flat rate of $4 per day will be charged instead.
