Don’t own a camper or prefer to travel without one? Our beachside vacation rentals offer all the essential amenities and cozy comforts of home, just steps from the ocean. COTTAGES have one bathroom and two bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a two twin beds in the other, plus a futon, which pulls out into a queen bed. Each unit is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people and has: living area, dining area, kitchen with stove, microwave, top freezer refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, double sink, flat screen cable HDTV, central AC/heat. Amenities also include a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and an additional flat screen cable HDTV in the main bedroom. Cottages come equipped with a covered porch area with seating as well as additional outdoor seating around a firepit.
Cottage rentals do NOT include: linens (sheets and pillowcases,) towels, washcloths, dish towels, paper products or dish cloths. You must bring your own.
NEW INFO! – Effective January 2025, a $200 security deposit is required and will be paid when the balance payment is made. This deposit will be refunded if unit is left in satisfactory condition. Refund will be credited back to card on file, unless it was paid more than 6 months ago – then it will be refunded by check. Credits will be processed as soon as possible – a check may take up to 21 days to receive.
