Each unit is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people and has: living area, dining area, kitchen with stove, microwave, top freezer refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, double sink, flat screen cable HDTV, central AC/heat. Ocean Villas have one and half baths, two bedrooms, with a queen bed in one and a double bed in the other, plus a sofa, which pulls out into a queen bed. The Ocean Villas are equipped with everything listed above, plus: a Keurig coffee maker, toaster and an additional flat screen cable HDTV in the main bedroom. 

Villa rentals do NOT include: linens (sheets and pillowcases,) towels, washcloths, dish towels, paper products or dish cloths. You must bring your own.

All rentals are no pets and no smoking.
