Myrtle Beach Travel Park is proud to announce that effective with May 1, 2024 arrivals, we will offer an Express Check In option for guests with campsite reservations. It is not available for rental unit reservations currently. This will allow guests to bypass the office when they arrive for their stay. We are hoping this will help with the traffic flow entering the park on busy check in days. YOU MAY ARRIVE ANY TIME AFTER 2PM – NO LATER THAN 11PM.

Please note that reservations from June 6 through August 15 that are less than 7 nights or reservations any other time for less than 3 nights are not eligible for Express Check In.

The following criteria must be met to request this option:

The balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date.
The site must be locked, and the lock fee paid.
The Check In Registration Agreement must be signed online.
All vehicle information (make, model & tag information) must be on file (Note– any additional vehicles that are not already registered must go to the office to get a tag, they will not be able to accompany a registered vehicle through the gate)
You must request Express Check In at least 14 days prior to arrival.

MBTP staff will mail an Express Check In Pass and a map with the entry route indicated to get to the guest’s site 7-10 days prior to arrival. Once the camping equipment is parked at the campsite a guest may proceed to the Guest Services desk located in the General Store to pick up additional check in items, such as wristbands for the pool, an activity guide and a Welcome Guide.

Wristbands will only be issued for the number of guests preregistered that are over the age of 12. Guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Any additional items needed must be obtained from the front office.

If there are any reservation related questions they should be directed to the office and not guest services.
