COTTAGES have one bathroom and two bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a two twin beds in the other, plus a futon, which pulls out into a queen bed. Each unit is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people and has: living area, dining area, kitchen with stove, microwave, top freezer refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, double sink, flat screen cable HDTV, central AC/heat. Amenities also include a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and an additional flat screen cable HDTV in the main bedroom. Cottages come equipped with a covered porch area with seating as well as additional outdoor seating around a firepit.

Cottage rentals do NOT include: linens (sheets and pillowcases,) towels, washcloths, dish towels, paper products or dish cloths. You must bring your own.
