Each unit is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people and has: living area, dining area, kitchen with stove, microwave, top freezer refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, double sink, flat screen cable HDTV, central AC/heat. Travel Trailers have one bath, two bedrooms, with a queen bed in one and two single beds or a queen bed in the other, plus a sofa which pulls out into a single bed. The dining table converts to a single bed.

Villa rentals do NOT include: linens (sheets and pillowcases,) towels, washcloths, dish towels, dish cloths, also small appliances such as a coffee pot, toaster, etc. You must bring your own.

All rentals are no pets and no smoking.
